The HOW Restored is a very targeted type of therapy. It focuses on releasing chronic tension in specific areas. This treatment not only relaxes the muscle but it increases joint movement and allows for a faster injury recovery. It reduces pain, improves posture and range of motion. This is good if you’re an athlete in need of muscular relief.
